Justice

This section on “Justice” deals with justice in the broadest sense of the word. There are different ways in which justice to victims/survivors of CRSV can take shape, including via criminal justice; quasi-judicial; non-legal; reparation; and other forms, such as art, movies and books. These forms of justice can take place on the global, regional, national and local level. Justice can only be real justice when victims have a say in the creation, design and implementation of the justice efforts. The question is therefore, what does justice mean to victims and survivors of these crimes?
